2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Only one active account is permitted per device, IP address, or household. If duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when depositing funds to ti999:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Once a deposit is completed, the amount will be credited to the account within the processing time.
• When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply when withdrawing your account balance:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is complete.
• If the wagering requirement associated with a bonus has not been met, the bonus portion will not be withdrawable.

4.3 Currency

5.3 VIP Program

The ti999 VIP Program has 5 tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. The specific benefits and conditions for each VIP tier will be communicated separately.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, the bet concerned may be declared void and the stake will be refunded.
• ti999 is not responsible for a player's own internet disconnection.
• If suspicious activity is detected in the outcome of any game, we reserve the right to conduct an investigation and withhold winnings.

6.2 Special Cricket Betting Terms

Specific rules apply to betting on all cricket events, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a result changes due to an unscheduled interruption after a match has started, we will follow internationally recognised rules.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited:

8.2 Closure by the Player
